Miracle pls

Is there a quickest way how to lose belly fat fast? I could use a miracle right now Lol! I was very happy when I received my Halloween costume, though by the time I fitted it I feel a little bit disappointed because I look like the co-ca cola family size bottle Lol! The costume is very nice and sexy. I really love it so much, in fact it’s a lot nicer than I thought, though I really need a girdle to help me look sexy, but it really don‘t do so much justice to hide my soggy belly. Mom told me that I should lessen my rice coz it’s the reason why I‘m dealing this problem every time I want to wear seaxy clothes. But how am I supposed to do that? I couldn’t really avoid having rice every meal Lol!
