Ouch!

My foot really hurts so bad right now, it could be because of the new shoes I'm wearing. Its really hurting my foot. I think I will really need to buy a caution for my foot. I know it will reduce to help absorb shock, reduce friction and improve overall foot comfort. Especially that I'm on my foot the whole day at work. Ha! i better check online soon. Now I gotta apply some Efficascent oil and massage it a little bit cause its super ouch:(
