headaches

Dang! I’m dealing with this freaking annoying headache again. I don’t really understand why I have to feel this way every month with my menstrual is coming. Sad to say I hate relying to any kind of pills for headaches though last night I had no choice so I had to take one before going to bed cause my head feels like its going to explode. It took me a while before I am able to sleep but gladly the pill I took really helps me to get a good sleep all night long. I also need to take another one tonight after I eat my dinner cause I can’t really stands of having headache. That’s why even though I hate pills I still take it for my own good, cause I am the only one who is going to suffer anyway.
