interesting topic

During lunch break at work I heard our head nurse and medtech talking about CLA. I didn’t really get into their topics because I cant relate with them. I also don’t have any idea what they are talking about. So as I get home I turn on my computer and search CLA online so that I wont be so ignorant about this thing. So what is CLA? It is a Linoleic Acid? Linoleic Acid (LA) is a natural occurring, essential fatty acid primarily found in beef and dairy products. CLA is an isomer of LA, which means that the molecular structure has been slightly rearranged. It is claimed that CLA can help build muscle, fight cancer, burn fat, increase calorie burning, and acts as an antioxidant. Now I have a little knowledge about this thing, but I believe I need to keep reading and understand it.
