Work it out baby!
Yesterday I decided to take a picture of myself. I then realize even though I am already loosing weight my belly is still looks big. Oh gosh this is what I get from eating too much rice, but what can I do? I can’t live with out rice. You would not believe me if I tell you that I can eat a whole plate of rice in every meal, just imagine that. Don’t you think I’m eating too much carbohydrates? Well I guess, I really need to do some exercise. I already started it last week though but I stopped because my back was really hurting so bad and it bothers me everyday…it makes me lazier too. But I might have to try it again today until I will get use to it…But I am also considering of taking some diet helps. So right now I am surfing online and I stumble upon to this Decaslim reviews that looks interesting to me. Perhaps this could help me solve my problem, but of course I really need to be motivated to do some exercise too and not only depends on pills.
