The mongos bow!

This past few days I tried to stop eating rice because it has too much carbohydrates. So I follow some of my friends advice to just eat fruits or grass (vegetable salad) lol! but the result is not really good, it only give me headache and stomach ache. So since I also love to eat grits I decided from now on this is what I am going to replace with my rice and it is also very yummy.

Anyhow, today I remember that I still have mongo beans left and the buwad bulinaw that my mom brought from the Philippines, So i thought of having it for my lunch. And oh its so yummy! again I cant resist myself from eating too much. Well its alright I will just have to walk to the treadmill again this afternoon to burn some of the food I eat lols!
