common ways on how to treat your acne

One time my co-worker asked me if I know any ways how to treat severe back and neck acne. I don't know why or any idea why I'm the one he asked. I told him that I really don't experience such problem. Well, once in a while I get pimples to my face or in my head when my menstrual is about to come or when I'm so stress and not getting enough of sleep. So I advice him that he should see a dermatologist and seek for advice.But I believe some common ways how to avoid with this kind of problem is to develop a good skin care routine that involves cleansing our skin in the mornings, evenings, and after workouts and also to have a healthy diets and getting a good sleep and also drinking lots of water can also help. That's why when I get myself so stressed out from work I always panic because that's when I start seeing some small bumps into my face or head the worst thing about having acne onto our face is the scars and the marks. That's why I prefer to have the acne in my head than to my face coz its so obvious if its in my face. Though I'm very much happy and satisfied with the skin care products that I have been using coz it really helps big time!
